She Heals It! is a 12-week guided health and wellness collective designed to help women regulate their metabolism, release weight, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies — without restriction, force, or burnout.

As I approached my 50th birthday, I felt a deep desire to bring my physical health into alignment with the inner work I had been committed to for years. Emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, I had done the healing. Now, I wanted my body to reflect that same level of care and intention.
Last September, I chose to support myself differently. I joined Karen Porter’s Your Best Life Reset— not to chase fast results, but to follow a structured, respectful approach focused on habit change and internal balance.
Through that experience, I released 28 pounds. More importantly, I rebuilt trust with my body and learned the power of simplicity, consistency, and working with my physiology instead of against it.
That journey became the foundation for She Heals It!
This collective is a modified, aligned version of what I experienced — shaped by my own results and those I’ve witnessed in my family, including my daughter Naylissah, who released 22 pounds using the same principles.
She Heals It is not about extremes.
It’s not about restriction.
It’s about healing from the inside out and creating sustainable change.

Hi, I’m Kareen Aristide.
For over two decades, I’ve supported women through seasons of growth, transition, healing, and realignment — both personally and professionally.
She Heals It was created from lived experience, not theory.
I didn’t just study this approach — I walked it. I listened to my body, honored the process, and allowed sustainable change to unfold from the inside out.
Inside this collective, I’m here to guide, encourage, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, reset your habits, and create change that actually lasts.
I believe true transformation happens when we work with the body — not against it — and when healing is approached with compassion, consistency, and community.

No. This is a process, not a diet.
You’ll follow clear nutritional guidelines during the program, but the focus is on metabolic support, habit change, and long-term sustainability — not restriction or deprivation.
The program runs for 12 weeks and includes:
Loading Phase (Days 1–2)
Release Phase (Days 3–42)
Maintenance Phase (Days 43–84)
Each phase has a specific purpose and supports lasting results.
Yes. She Heals It is inspired by Your Best Life Reset by Karen Porter — a program I personally completed, releasing 28 lbs. This collective is a modified, guided version based on my experience and adapted for long-term integration and community support.
Intense exercise is not recommended while on the program, however, gentle movement like walking, stretching, or yoga is alllowed.
Regular exercise is re-introduced in during the Maintenance Phase.
You’ll be supported inside the Skool community, which includes:
