What is She Heals It?

She Heals It is a 12-week guided program designed to help you release weight and transition into a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. It blends nutrition, habit-building, mindset support, and community — all grounded in working with your body, not against it.

Is this a diet?

No. This is a process, not a diet.
You’ll follow clear nutritional guidelines during the program, but the focus is on metabolic support, habit change, and long-term sustainability — not restriction or deprivation.

How long is the program?

The program runs for 12 weeks and includes:

  • Loading Phase (Days 1–2)

  • Release Phase (Days 3–42)

  • Maintenance Phase (Days 43–84)

Each phase has a specific purpose and supports lasting results.

Is this program inspired by another method?

Yes. She Heals It is inspired by Your Best Life Reset by Karen Porter — a program I personally completed, releasing 28 lbs. This collective is a modified, guided version based on my experience and adapted for long-term integration and community support.

Do I need to exercise?

Intense exercise is not recommended while on the program, however, gentle movement like walking, stretching, or yoga is alllowed.

Regular exercise is re-introduced in during the Maintenance Phase.

What kind of support will I receive?

You’ll be supported inside the Skool community, which includes:
